I'm sorry, yes this is exchange 2000. I'm only relaying messages for one other 
domain. Do I need to create another virtual server?

If this is Exchange 2000 create two connectors one with the default 
and then checkbox cleared, the other with the two domain you relay 
for with the checkbox checked.
