Yes, its a domain controler. Its a Back Office Server 2000.

Log on locally is still available via policy in AD.
Is your server a domain controller..?

Now I allso tried to delete my account and created it again. But still the same 
problem. I will wait a wile to se if there is AD updates that need to be 
propagated first..

I use AD, and there is no Locally anny more. 
IUSR_ has Read Web Information Allow and Read Logon Information.
