It is set to run at night. However, since we maxed out at 16gib on Friday,
users are in today deleting the crap out of everything and I wanted to see
where we were.
Thanks

Yes. Exchange is designed to operate 24x7. Online maintenance runs
overnight by default; users can still expect to connect to their messaging
services whilst maintenance runs. If you were thinking of offline
maintenance, that's another story.

Is it safe to run Online Maintenance while users are in their email? Exchange
2000.
