Hi Simon, This is not possible with proxy addresses as you have configured for the user object. Proxy addresses are not allowed to be used as delegated IDs. However, there is workaround for this, and if you want you can try this out. First remove the proxy address from the user Object. Create a new additional mailbox for the user, and add the proxy address to the new mailbox, and make that as the Primary SMTP address. Add the original user ID to have full permissions to this new mailbox, and also assign Send As permissions. Configure the new mailbox to forward all incoming emails to the user's original mailbox. This way, when the user wants to send a mail as the second ID, he can use the From: filed and select the other mailbox ID as the sender ID.
