One user can't receive Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email

I have one user, on Exchange 5.5 SP4 and NT SP6, who
simply cannot receive Yahoo, Hotmail, and other
outside emails. He can however receive email from our
internal domain.
All others users are working great.
Any ideas on this?
