It's the mailbox. I have opened her mailbox on my PC and it gives me the same problem. I opened another mailbox on her PC and it works fine. It's not the PC. I also moved all her mails out to a PST, deleted her mailbox, recreated a new mailbox and copied the mails back.. It still gives me this problem. It seems to be a problem in one of the e-mails.
