Not sure about Exchange 5.5, but under Exchange 2000 if you add the folder to
Favorites, then look at the Properties, there is a setting to make it available
Offline.

Subject: [exchangelist] Offline public folders!

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello to all,

Could any one tell me how, if possible, to make a public folder available
offline? I am running Exch. 5.5 and Outlook 2000.

I have several folders, but all I need is a group calendar inside one of these
folders.

Thanks.
