Look in the following folder (where %username% is your Username): C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Note: the Local Settings folder does NOT roam if your profile is a roaming profile. The .ost file gets created when you open Outlook for the first time in a new computer. Is there a reason for such a behavior? Note: I configured "Offline folder settings" in Outlook 2000 to allow synchronization. Upon exiting Outlook, synchronization does take place.
