Offline address book synch issue

Since I added a new Exchange 2003 server to the organization and moved
all mailboxes/public folders to the new server, users have been
receiving the following messages:

 

12:44:43 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6352

12:44:43 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Richard P. Brisby EXO'

12:44:43 Done

12:44:43 Microsoft Exchange offline address book

12:44:43                0X8004010F

 

I have rebuilt the offline address book, but still we get these
messages. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this please?
