Offline address book

Is there a setting in Exchange which would allow the Address book
Incremental - to last longer before requiring outlook to download the
full address book again?
If possible having offline incrementals lasting 3-4 days would be idea
as this allows users enough time to travel from one office ot the other.
It would also result in reduced bandwidth requirements for remote users
working offline and synchronising.
This affects basically around 80% of the SEIC user base who are
contantly travelling. (so around 1200 people).
Any suggestions on how to improve downloading of offline address books
would be much appreciated.
