Offline address book

When users click send receive they now get error "exchange server
reported an error 0x08004010f the operation failed an object could not
be found. In Event viewer on Exchange server have events that the
oalgen failed offline address book will not be to download. And event
for OALgen loading templates failed not template will be able to
download.
I have tried the fix for Orphaned Template no orphaned templates exist.
Offline address book is defined correctly under administrative assistant
in Exchange manager. Any one have any Ideas. Exchange is mickey mouse
