Offline Address versus online

I have been working with Microsoft for a week now on the following
errors, they even did a Netmeeting session which turned out to be like a
PCanywhere session; He or she worked for 3 hours without resolution.
The event errors are as follows

OALGen encountered error [0x8004010f] while calculating this OAL. This
OAL will not be available for client download. (\Global Address List)

hing since sliced Bread.

OALGen encountered error [0x8004010f] while Loading the template
/O=TOWER COMMUNICATIONS
GROUP/cn=Configuration/cn=Addressing/cn=Address-Templates. All display
templates will not be available for the client download.

Now While I cannot get these errors fixed for a while I have another
Idea. My outlook 2003 uses the Exchange Server for the Address
Provider(go to tools, address book highlight global address list and
right click and properties) and I get new and updated Email addresses.
The other users show that the address provider is the offline list
located on there PC. Does anyone know how to change this so the
Exchange Server is the address provider; I cannot change it, Outlook
will not let me change it.

Thanks Bruce Rose

As I am knew to Exchange I am not a whole lot of help at present, but I
will get it down and help others in the future.
