OWA problem for a specific user mailbox

Hi, 
 
A particular user is not able to access his mailbox through OWA but other are 
able to. This particular user is getting this error:
 
You are not authorized to view this page
HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden 
 
I checked basic permission but i don't see anything wrong. What could be the 
problem. I had faced this problem once and i could sort this out by just 
deleting and re-creating the account. But this time i cannot do it. This 
particular account can be accessed by using outlook 2003 MAPI profile but not 
OWA. Please help.
