OWA inbox access problem

i am useing exchange server 2000 i am facing a problem, my user can access mail through outlook
but when they access the mail through OWA the inbox does not show the mail it show loading massage, when they use netscape browser they can access inbox, i install the service pack3 of exchange server but the problem is not solve plz help me how i can solve this problem
