Well, they really are diferent things, because you have to allow the Windows NT account to access the OWA Server, and you have to allow that Windows NT Account to access his mailbox. Anyway, you can create two groups, one of them with users who can access the server and other one with those who cant. Allow 'logon on locally' permission on OWA server only for the group which will have the users with access to the server. Or you still can deny access to the file logon.asp to that especific Windows NT account, but I wouldnt advise you to do that, its too workfull.
