OWA crashes when a particular user logs in

A strange problem and after trying countless things to resolve it - I have
determined that there is one user who when they login to OWA (it's
Exchange 5.5 and she using a typical I.E 5.5/6.0 web browser) - she brings
the entire Exchange web down! I have to stop IIS/Web services, kill the
inetsrv.exe task, restart the services and everything is ok after.
Any ideas??
