Hi Kenny
Thanks for the info. I've double and triple checked the GPO's being applied
and the entire GPO takes effect, EXCEPT the password GPO. It seems to be
corrupted. The password GPO does not work at all. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Jared,
The error code is 1327 and indicates "Logon failure: user account
restriction"
Possible reasons include: [blank] password not allowed, logon hours
restriction, or policy restriction of some sort is being enforced.
check if have any group policies being applied.

Hi All
I have Exchange 2000. When my users try to change their password via OWA,
they receive this error message from IIS: Error number: -2147023569
Any ideas on this?
