Hi Jared,
The error code is 1327 and indicates "Logon failure: user account
restriction"
Possible reasons include: [blank] password not allowed, logon hours
restriction, or policy restriction of some sort is being enforced.
check if have any group policies being applied.

Hi All
I have Exchange 2000. When my users try to change
their password via OWA, they receive this error
message from IIS: Error number: -2147023569
Any ideas on this?
