Yeah...You just have to make sure that the "Leave a copy of the messages on
server" option is checked in the account properties. Otherwise they run the
risk of removing all of the mail from the server. And that's something you
as an Administrator don't want to hear.

If the messages are staying on the server using POP (Keep a copy on the
server) the user still will be able to see through OWA their mails.

When a domain user reads their email through OWA
can they still read the same email through regular POP?
