OWA and Global Address lists

Is it possible to make the global address lists available for user's
using OWA? I'm testing Exchange 2000 now prior to deployment
whenever I click on the (to) using OWA a web page dialog pops up
where I have to do a find on the user I'm trying to send e-mail to.
It would be nice if it automatically brings up the global address lists
by default.
