[ExchangeList] OWA and Exchange ActiveSync issue

-------------------------------------------------------There is an issue with 
our OWA and Exchange ActiveSync implementation, when
users change their passwords in the Active Directory Domain, they are not
prompted to change their passwords on the PDA or OWA.

We are using back-end, two front-end and ISA 2004 front-ends implementation.

Anyone else seen these issues?
