Were they in AOL or did they launch a web brower outside of AOL?

Do you use MS proxy servers? I know there is an issue with that. MS Proxy
Server doesn't support NTLM. The fix is to turn off NTLM authentication on
the virtual web (exchange) and then set permissions to basic text. There is
also a WebDav issue. Check MS article Q296232 for symptoms and workaround.

Subject: [exchangelist] OWA and AOL

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi All;

Has anyone had experience with AOL users having problems accessing OWA?
(I am running Exch 2K) I have 3 users who use AOL at home and none of
them can use OWA. Evidently, they receive they enter their login name,
pwd and domain in the logon window. The icon bar at the top appears but
the process then apparently stalls with the loading... message in the
inbox.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Peter
