I have never used IAS but I'd assume that it has logs. Have you carefully
looked through every log file to make sure that it isn't blocking anything?
When I first upgraded to Exch2k I had to adjust my IISlockd and other security
settings to get IIS to work properly.
What operating system and IE versions are working vs. those that are not? I've
had all kinds of grief with Windows XP and web access...other versions of
Windows are a lot easier to deal with.
