Hello Rinnaldy,
This is basically a configuration problem in IIS. We would like to know the
Following things first before doing anything.

1) Was any Virtual settings change done from the Exchange System Manager. If
this is done then it might be a problem also. Please get the settings back
to default and then try accesing OWA.
2) If you are very sure that no Changes were made through the Exchage System
manager. Then Try the following article in This many times solves the
problem.

3) Before going and trying the above option please see f you have IIS
lockdown Installed on your Exchage Server. It is seen may times that this is
on that causes problem.
