We have had a few occurrences where after dismissing recurring tasks (daily or weekly, etc.) from the standard outlook xp client, logging into OWA later will show those again. Exchange 2000 SP3, Windows 2000 SP3, Outlook 2002 (XP) on XP Pro SP1 machines.
