RE: OWA Error - 'ASP 0115' Unexpected Error

I detest this error. It is the generic ASP error. I spent days tracking
this once (non-Exchange/OWA related).

Has anyone seen the following error on Outlook Web Access PC: 

Error 'ASP 0115' 

Unexpected Error 

/exchange/USA/root.asp 

A trappable error occurred in an external object.  The script cannot
continue running.

I have OWA (Exchange Server 5.5) installed on a separate PC - Windows NT
Server 
I have un-installed, re-installed OWA 
I have stopped, re-started services on Exchange 5.5 

Problem still persists.  

Any ideas?  Thanks for any info.
