OWA Change Password

Using EX 2003 with OWA. When selecting "change password" and the Internet
Server Manager dialogue box pops up the "Account Name" drops the first letter
of the account name. So if the account name is "Helpdesk" then "elpdesk"
apprears in the account name dialogue box.
Anyone else seen this before??
