OWA - Back - Forward and In

OWA user is experiencing problem loggin in. User enters valid ID and PW and 
gets challenged again,
and again. However if they click cancel, then hit the browser back then 
forward, they get into
OWA.  Sounds strange ? We have this happening with several users on multiple 
version of OS and
browser. Any clues ?
