Hi Gill
We are using a PIX fireware and the message is it keeps poping up the logon
screen , the third time says access denied.
I had the same problem before installing the certificate and I enabled the
anonymous on the IIS , it was working .
Yes the certificate is related to tcpip. The other day I went to an internet
cafe trying to access my mail , I got the certificate page and installed it.
After installing the certificate got the logon screen , put my password but
kept on coming the third time gave me the access denied page.

What kind of firewall do you have ? (ISA) (DMZ enabled?)
What is the layout of the exchange architecture (FE/BE or just single server)
What is the error on the browser page ? Is the error certificate related or
tcp/ip related.
what do you type in the URL-----> https://(what do you type in here) for local
network access and external access

I installed the OWA certicicate for security reasons and after doing so I have
problem authenticating from
outside using the https:// port , but if I go to the OWA inside our network it
works.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this and how I can sort it out.
