I am running Exchange 5.5 and have the following problem that only administrators can add attachments using outlook web access. I have checked the web temp directory and everyone has write access, Does anyone have a suggestion what the problem might be. If your users have laptops which they carry around, you should create a VPN to your Exchange servers (if they're behind a firewall - which they should) and have them access the mailbox directly -----Original Message----- From: mailadmin [mailto:mailadmin@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: 10 April 2002 7:02 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Exchange Issues http://www.MSExchange.org/ We have serveral locations running exchange. Each location has the = domain @location.bitor.com.=20 We host our mail @bitor.com with an ISP, all mail for @bitor.com is = delivered to the ISP mail servers which is then forwarded to the = respective @location.bitor.com. Our exchange servers are connected to each other using IMS connectors.=20 When we send mail from one location to another, the mail bypasses the = ISP mail server as our directory uses the respective @location.bitor.com = email address. We want our mail to go to the ISP server and then get = forwarded as we do not want to run POP3 servers so that users who travel = can check mail directly from the ISP. Any indication as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: andreacoppini@xxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: williams@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
