OWA Access to an secondary mailbox

I have Exchange 5.5 on NT4 (SP6). We are running OWA.
I have given userA access to the mailbox for userB. Under Outlook userA can
now access userB's mailbox without issue.
When using OWA, userA can only access userA's mailbox. As the admin, I have
no problem checking any mailbox with OWA.
Is there anyway, to allow userA to check the mailbox of userB via OWA? I
know that if I make userA the Primary NT account for userB mailbox, it
works. But that is not a viable option.
