[ExchangeList] OWA 2003 blank email body please help!

All of a sudden, OWA will not show email bodies.
The subject line shows up, but nothing else.
On certain emails in one inbox subfolder, it shows the page below. I
have refreshed all the IIS/Exchange services, rebooted the server, and
re-applied Exchange 2003 SP1 and all the post SP1 updates.. still no
good.
The page cannot be found
