Can you tell me how to change the default directory for outlook web
access(http://x.x.x.x/exchange) in exchange 2003 ? I want to rename the
default folder /exchange to /mail So that local users or outside users
can access it my typing http://x.x.x.x/mail . Please update me if you
have any info.

Thanks & Regards

V.Venu

Dear Andrew,

thank you for your email,

yes, i already checked this option ..but i think its not the problem.
all emails without exeptions cannot be deleted unless you open it and
then you can delete it( while its open). but you cannot deleted before
you open it (you dont want to open it simply right click and delete it)
this is not possible. i checked the sittings, and i checked the IIS and
the permissions, every thing is fine.
