You don't a antivirus or spam mail filter running on your Exchange box
do you? Because I have seen this before when the mail comes into OWA
just as its been scanned and nuked that you get the message if you try
and do it. 

With most Exchange antivirus software when you open a email if it
detects there is something wrong with it, and it's set to nuke the email
that has a virus or whatever, it will nuke it but not update on OWA in
realtime. :)

I made updating for exchange 2003, but after that i starts facing the
following error when i trying to delete emails from OWA

"Some items could not be deleted. They were either moved or already
deleted, or access was denied".
while i can delete these massages from the Ms outlook if i log in

can you help.
