again ... what error message are you getting? what are the exact
symptoms?

Check Exchange System Manager 2003: under Server, Protocols, HTTP,
domainname, is there a directory named "Exchange" and is it a Mailbox
directory?

Check IIS: make sure that under "Web Sites", you have a web site
configured corresponding to the IP address, and under that web site you
have a directory named "Exchange". Then check "Directory Security" tab,
"Authentication and Access Control", "Edit": is "anonymous" enabled (MUST
NOT BE CHECKED) and is Basic Authentication checked (MUST BE CHECKED) and
is "NTLM Auth" is unchecked (MUST NOT BE CHECKED). In the same tab under
"Secure Communications", "Edit", is "Require SSL" checked (recommended but
only if you have a SSL cert installed, if you do not have a SSL cert
installed then make sure this is unchecked!).
