RE: OWA 2000 on a different IIS5 ?

thats exactly what I am saying. you have to install exchange enterprise
edition on the webserver and change it to a front-end server. this will
automatically fetch all OWA from the internet as if it is sitting on him.
that is one of the features in the enterprise edition. the users from the
internet will see your organization as one mailserver and wont be redirected
to another server.

Im already running Windows 2000 Advanced Server Edition SP2 on the 3
server,
and Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition SP2 on the mailserver.

Could it be possible................

To configure the Exchange server(192.168.1.2)as BackEnd server(already is
i think).

Then install a new Exchange 2000 in the same Organisation, on the
Webserver(192.168.1.3),and establish some kind of site replication.
And then configure the new Exchange 2000 as a FrontEnd server.

Then the Exchange virtual SMTP server ought to be replicated to the new
FrontEnd Exchange server, and the Exchange virtual folder should pop up in
IIS5.0 manager, on the webserver...............hmmm

How about that...........wauw......... or what ?
