Kelli, You would need port 80 open as well as 389 for LDAP. Check those, make sure they are open and see what happens. ME!!!!! I am really new at this and I'm not sure exactly where the problem is. From the error message from the browser it seems like the Mail Server is the culprit... a further error message says: "The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the gateway. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the server." Now I suppose this COULD be a "porting" issue in ISA. We are using Port 800 for our general HTTP. Suggest you contact your firewall admin to open up the necessary access -----Original Message----- From: Kelli Irwin [mailto:kirwin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, March 08, 2002 4:25 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: OWA http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi Ken, Thanks for responding. Yes... I have tried mail.domainname.com/exchange/username.... ipaddr/exchange/username....mail.domainname:80/exchange/username ALL of these give me the 10061 error. This is how we access ours. We are running Exchange 2000, IIS, and ISA Proxy/Firewall.... all of these on different servers. My question/problem: I have it so I can access my mailbox and public folders via our network using "http://servername/exchange/username"&; "http://servername/piublic";. But if I try to access via the Internet using "http://domainname/exchange/username"; it gives me an error: "10061 - Connection refused Internet Security and Acceleration Server" Any suggestions?
