Kelli,
You would need port 80 open as well as 389 for LDAP. Check those, make
sure they are open and see what happens.

Hi Jeff,

Well... the ISA Admin is....... guess who........ ME!!!!!
I am really new at this and I'm not sure exactly where the problem is.
From the error message from the browser it seems like the Mail Server is
the culprit... a further error message says:
"The server you are attempting to access has refused the
connection with the gateway. This usually results from trying to connect
to a service that is inactive on the server."
Now I suppose this COULD be a "porting" issue in ISA. We are using Port
800 for our general HTTP.

Thanks,
Kelli

Sounds to me like its your ISA firewall that's blocking things. Suggest
you contact your firewall admin to open up the necessary access

Hi Ken,

Thanks for responding.
Yes... I have tried mail.domainname.com/exchange/username....
ipaddr/exchange/username....mail.domainname:80/exchange/username
ALL of these give me the 10061 error.

Kelli,
Have you tried going in as mail.domainname.com/exchange? This is how we
access ours. Ken

Hi All,

I am trying to implement OWA in an environment which was set up before I
came here. We are running Exchange 2000, IIS, and ISA Proxy/Firewall....
all of these on different servers. My question/problem: I have it so I
can access my mailbox and public folders via our network using
"http://servername/exchange/username"&;
But if I try to access via the Internet using
"http://domainname/exchange/username"; it gives me an error: "10061 -
Connection refused Internet Security and Acceleration Server"

Any suggestions?
