Was OWA working before? If it was, did you shut down your server? Check
to make sure that your www service is running in IIS manager.

Whenever I try to open OWA using internet explorer I

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make
sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the 182.17.0.25 home page, and then look for
links to the information you want. 
Click the  Back button to try another link. 
Click  Search to look for information on the Internet.
