Anyone know of a way to change the "read" icon in OWA to look like an
opened envelope? My boss feels that the current (default) way is too
confusing. Instead of all emails icon being a closed envelope, but with
the unreads being bolded, he'd like it to look like it does in Outlook,
with opened and closed icons. Any ideas?
