You can do it with a custom LDAP search based on the DN of the OU. But it's ugly and not portable. You can populate each member of the OU with a "seed" attribute that identifies them as a member you'd like to include however. If there is another way, it's likely going to be found in the hosting documents that Microsoft used to publish. Search the website to find out where they moved the docs to.
