[ExchangeList] OT - TS client Font Size

Dear ALL,
I have installed windows 2003 terminal services . I will be using server for only one application ( Tally) i have configures Tally to open at startup , the user conencts and tally opens itself .
- The problem is when users quit tally, it takes little while to exit terminal seriver session .
- and some of the users want applcaipon fonts to be adjusted accorrding to thier need .
can some one help me out
