OT: Server/Network Monitoring

I was just wondering what everyone is using for Network/Systems
monitoring... We are looking into a number of different products right now
like Argent Guardian (http://www.argent.com/products/guardian/).
Is anyone currently using this product or have any experience (good or bad)
with it? Is anyone using a competitive product (NetIQ / MOM (snicker)), and
would you recommend it?
