I'm not sure if your ISP is hosting your mail server or you
host it yourself, but i suggest you look at the followin:
Queus, check if your SMTP is configured properly to receive
mail, check your mail recipient policy,restart all your
exchange services & SMTP service, look at DNS configuration
on your server. Can you telnet to port25??
