Will you need to backup their messages? It is good solution to set
archiving to ~7 days, and direct it on a dedicated server with some RAID
(mirroring or...). Then you may backup the archives on tapes and backup
exchange stores on tapes too. The size of the stores should be low. You
may set NTFS permissions on each folder that will contain one personal
pst file, so it will be protected.

Hi Umar,
If u want to store all clients emails on their local
machine, at client's outlook configure Personeel
folder,and make that personel folder as default
inbox.then all msgs will be stored locally.
