JOHN DONT FREAK OUT!!!

The answer is PST files. In your outlook add personal folders as a service
and specify the location of this to be the local drive. Next specify that
you want exchange to deliver mail to the personal folder and not mailbox
(that would be under delivery). Restart your outlook and you are done.

Subject: [exchangelist] Not keep messages on mail server

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi

I just set up a mail server using MS Exchange 2000. The scenario is such
that all users have their own systems and i want them to keep all
information on their own pcs. This is to say that they can DOWNLOAD the
mails to their PC'c to release space on the mail server.

How do i implement this? At the moment the MS Outlook 2000 client is
behaving as just an INTERFACE to the mail server. I hope u guys get the
point. Plz guide...

Thanx in advance...

Umar
