RE: Non valid NDR's

Does this happen when sending from a particular user's account or
anybody that sends to this address gets this NDR? If it's occuring only
for particular user or users, check the nickname caching in outlook, did
anything happen to this IS mailbox recently such as modifying legacydn
attribute?

Yes I am. We've been using for years. It has all the IT people in the
company in it.
