Maybe the sending user has manually put this in their personal address
list and has mis-spelled IS, as in there is a space before or after
it????

Actaully, they are sending to someone that is one cube over. I can see
both of them from where I stand. This has happened a few times in the
last couple weeks. The IS mailbox is a distribution list as well that I
know they have access to. Sounds like maybe I should call Microsoft
unless anyone has any ideas :)

That is not a problem on your end. It appears they are sending to an
email address that is either not valid, or maybe send only and cannot
receive mail.
