Non valid NDR's

Hello All,
I am having a strange issue with my exchange environment. All exchange
2000.
I have a users sending an email to a user that we know exists and will
get the following error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Promotion Announcement
Sent: 3/2/2006 8:29 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'IS' on 3/2/2006 8:29 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.

Any thoughts?
