New Exchange Setup

I'm in the planing process to setup ( 1 main office, 2 branch offices -
connected to the main via 128K Frame-Relay )while all 3 offices are
directly connected to the internet as well. the main office is connected
to the internet via 512K ADSL line.
- I need to setup 1 domain, 1 forest ( or whatever is more adequate )
- I also want users to use MAPI clients ( outlook ) to connect to the
exchange server(s).
- Most of the staff are on the move between the offices (therefore
mailboxes and public folders need to available).
- we have real ip ranges @ all offices.
- 3 sites are connected together via a cisco vpn with backup ISDN routes
from branches to main in case the main links went down
- I'm thnking of replicating exchange among 3 offices ? is this possible
and how ?
- if not ! any other solution ?
