Make sure RUS is configured to point to a valid DC, check your
Application Log and see if any errors are reported.

HELP!!!!

I added a new smtp entry to the Default Recipient Policy it is:
%g.%s@xxxxxxx (%g = first name, %s = lastname) so all users should
automatically get a new email address first.last@xxxxxxx

I don't this yesterday but it is not working and I forced RUS to "Update
Now"...what am I doing wrong?

"I would recommend using the Recipient Policy to add the email
addresses,
